Situated around 2 km from Almora Bright End Corner offering a grand view of sunrise and sunset as well as panoramic view of the magnificent Himalayas as well. Named after Mr. Brighton, this point is started at the beginning of the Mall Road in Almora. Shri Ramakrishna Kutir Ashram a center for meditation at Bright End Corner attract thousands of tourists from across the world during April to June and September to November seeking aid in meditation. At this place you can feel the presence of silence that identifies with the feeling of being in the womb. There is a Circuit House where travelers can stay overnight for rest. At a small distance from the point Vivekananda Library as well as Vivekananda Memorial has been constructed in dedication to Swami Vivekananda, who had stopped here for a while on his journey to the Himalayas.
